Takes about five minutes. No sales call unless you want one.
The problem
You don't need an AI strategy. You need your week back.
Most businesses we speak to have the same handful of jobs quietly eating hours. None of them are interesting. All of them are expensive.
Quotes and proposals
Pulling details out of emails and retyping them into templates is the most common time sink we see. Software handles the extraction and the drafting; your team checks and sends.
Extracting requirements from enquiry emails
Drafting quotes from a price list
Chasing unanswered proposals
Invoicing and back-office admin
Repetitive data entry between systems that do not talk to each other. We connect them, or put software in the gap where a person is currently copying and pasting.
Matching purchase orders to invoices
Chasing late payment
Moving data between your accounts package and your CRM
Inbox triage and scheduling
Sorting what matters from what does not, and getting the right message to the right person. Straightforward to automate, and usually the fastest thing to pay for itself.
Routing enquiries to the right team
Drafting replies to routine questions
Booking and rescheduling appointments
Reporting
If someone spends a morning each month rebuilding the same spreadsheet, that is a job for software. The numbers arrive on their own and stay current.
Monthly management reporting
Pulling figures from several systems
Flagging numbers that move unexpectedly
How it works
Ten working days. Two and a half hours of your time.
You keep running the business. We pull the data, find where the drag is, and come back with a plan you could hand to someone else.
1
Intake
30 minutes of your time
A short form and a quick call. We cover what you use, where the friction is, and what we need access to. Then we get out of your way.
2
Operations audit
60 minutes of your time
One focused session with you or whoever runs the day to day, mapping where the drag actually is. We do the rest of the work ourselves.
3
Roadmap and sign-off
60 minutes of your time
We walk you through what we found, what it is worth, and what to do about it. You keep the roadmap whatever you decide next.
Who you'd be working with
Two people, no account managers.
SJ
Sam Jackson
Co-founder, technical lead
Sam holds a First-Class Honours degree in visual effects and spent years on Hollywood productions including Mission: Impossible 7 and 8. That work runs on pipelines where thousands of dependent steps have to complete correctly, on deadline, with no room to improvise — which turns out to be the same problem as automating a business process. He now builds the software side of what we recommend.

Adam Jackson
Co-founder, commercial lead
Adam is a former lawyer, published author and digital strategist who has worked at the intersection of business, law and technology since 1999. He spends his time translating what is technically possible into what is commercially worth doing, and telling clients plainly when something is not.
Honestly
This isn't right for everyone.
If you don't clear these, we'll tell you and we won't take the work.
Roughly 10 staff or moreBelow that, there is usually not enough repeated manual work for the numbers to stack up.
You already use digital systemsAccounts software, a CRM, shared inboxes — something for us to connect to.
At least 10 hours a week of repetitive manual workAcross the business, not per person. This is the one that matters most.
Someone who can make decisionsAn owner or director involved in the process, not a project passed down the chain.
