Sam is the founder of Axiomatix, an AI automation platform building support agents and back-office automations for growing businesses. He works hands-on with the actual tools (the language models, the integrations, the workflow automation), putting them into live operations rather than slide decks. He builds the software side of what we recommend, and he's more interested in whether an automation quietly saves you money than in whether it sounds clever.

Adam is a former lawyer, published author and digital strategist who has worked at the intersection of business, law and technology since 1999. He spends his time translating what's technically possible into what's commercially worth doing, and telling clients plainly when something isn't.

Most AI projects fail before anyone opens the software. Someone buys a platform before working out what's actually slow. It arrives, nobody has time to learn it, and within a quarter it's quietly abandoned. We'd rather find the one job that eats a day a week and fix that properly.
We'll tell you when something isn't worth doing. That's easier for us than for most: we don't discount the build if you go ahead, so we've no reason to talk you into one.
Every number we give you shows its working. Nothing on a roadmap of ours is an industry average or a vendor's claim. It's your call volume, your average job value, your hours, and you can challenge any of it in the room.
