The audit

The audit

From £1,500 plus VAT. Ten working days.

A full breakdown of where AI would save your business money, what it would cost to get there, and what to do first. You keep it whatever you decide.

What you pay scales with the size of your business. The full range and payment terms are set out below.

What you get

  1. Workflow and savings matrix

Every process we looked at, ranked by what it costs you now and what could realistically come back. Each one is scored on how much it would save against how easily it can be done, and the numbers are built from your own figures, so they are hard to argue with.

    See what this looks like

For example: handling routine enquiries scores high impact and quick to build, so it goes first. Automating your scheduling scores high impact too, but needs your systems joined up first, so it waits. You see exactly why each job is where it is.

  2. Technical and data readiness

What your current tools can and cannot connect to, where your data actually lives, and what would need tidying before anything is built. This is what stops a plan that looks good on paper falling over on day one.

    See what this looks like

For example: your accounts software and your CRM both have the connections we need, but your customer records are split across three places. We flag that as a small fix to do first, so the automation has one clean source to work from.

  3. Security and governance review

How your data stays confidential in plain English: least-privilege access that you provision and can revoke at any time, AI that runs on no-training terms so your data is never used to train a model, and a person approving anything that cannot be undone.

    See what this looks like

For example: the tool gets a read-only key to your orders that you can switch off in seconds, never your login. It drafts replies; your team approves before anything sends. This is good practice, not legal advice.

  4. 30, 60 and 90 day plan

The order to do things in, which tools to use, what each stage costs, and who needs to be involved. Detailed enough to hand to someone else, whether that is us, your own team, or another firm entirely.

    See what this looks like

For example: first 30 days, the one quick win that pays for itself; days 30 to 60, the next two once the foundations are in; days 60 to 90, the bigger piece. Each step lists the tool, the cost and who is needed.

  5. A live demo of your biggest quick win

Not a slideshow of what AI might do one day: a working version of your single highest-value opportunity, built on your own business, that you can click through and watch run before you commit to building anything.

    See what this looks like

For example: if your best win is a desk that answers enquiries and drafts replies, we build a working version on a handful of your real scenarios, so you see it handle them in the room instead of picturing it from a bullet point.

  6. A readout in your own branding

A tailored deck that walks the room through what carrying on is costing you now, what each quick win is worth, how every number was built from your figures, and what it takes to build, ready to put in front of a partner or board.

    See what this looks like

For example: one page puts a figure on the cost of doing nothing; the next shows each opportunity’s yearly value as a simple bar; the last is your 30, 60 and 90 day plan. Every number traces back to your own data.

What it takes from you

The biggest worry with bringing in AI usually isn't whether the technology works. It's whether it'll disrupt everyone while you're already busy. So we've kept your side of it to two to three hours.

  1. Intake

    30 minutes of your time

A short form and a quick call. We cover what you use, where the friction is, and what we need access to. Then we get out of your way.

  2. Operations audit

    60 minutes of your time

One focused session with you or whoever runs the day to day, mapping where the drag actually is. We do the rest of the work ourselves.

  3. Roadmap and sign-off

    60 minutes of your time

We walk you through what we found, what it is worth, and what to do about it. You keep the roadmap whatever you decide next.

What happens if you go ahead

The audit is the plan, yours to keep whatever you decide. If you want the wins built, that's the next step, on your terms.

Building and care are quoted separately, and we don't discount the audit against them, so we've no reason to talk you into either.

What's not included

So you know where the audit ends and the build begins.

Who it's for

You'll probably benefit if…

Your team spends its time on work that repeats
Emails, enquiries, admin, data entry, reporting, customer service, research, follow-ups. Anything that happens the same way again and again.
Work is slipping through the cracks
Slow responses, missed enquiries, follow-ups that never happen, staff at capacity. That's revenue leaving quietly, and it's usually the easiest to recover.
You run at least part of the business on digital tools
Email, spreadsheets, an accounts package, a CRM, e-commerce, a booking system. Anything that already holds your data gives us something to work with.
You want the business to run without you holding it together
More capacity, fewer bottlenecks, a week that doesn't depend on you being available. Not AI because it's fashionable.

It may not be right for you if…

There's very little that repeats
If there isn't enough friction to work with, we'll say so before you spend anything.
Most of it is already automated
If your existing systems are doing the job properly, there may not be enough left for us to improve.
There's no appetite to change how things are done
The biggest gains usually need a process to change, not another piece of software bolted onto the old one.
The numbers aren't there
If we can't find realistic opportunities worth at least 5× our fee over twelve months, we'll tell you, and you won't pay for the audit.

Start with a few questions

We'll tell you honestly whether there's enough here to be worth your money.
