What we do
Quotes and proposals
Pulling details out of emails and retyping them into templates is the most common time sink we see. Software handles the extraction and the drafting; your team checks and sends.
- Extracting requirements from enquiry emails
- Drafting quotes from a price list
- Chasing unanswered proposals
Invoicing and back-office admin
Repetitive data entry between systems that do not talk to each other. We connect them, or put software in the gap where a person is currently copying and pasting.
- Matching purchase orders to invoices
- Chasing late payment
- Moving data between your accounts package and your CRM
Inbox triage and scheduling
Sorting what matters from what does not, and getting the right message to the right person. Straightforward to automate, and usually the fastest thing to pay for itself.
- Routing enquiries to the right team
- Drafting replies to routine questions
- Booking and rescheduling appointments
Reporting
If someone spends a morning each month rebuilding the same spreadsheet, that is a job for software. The numbers arrive on their own and stay current.
- Monthly management reporting
- Pulling figures from several systems
- Flagging numbers that move unexpectedly
How we decide what's worth doing
When we look at a tool, we look at three numbers: how long it takes to set up, how many hours a week it saves, and how much it cuts mistakes. Take a firm doing manual quote extraction — three people, a few hours each per week, call it nine hours in total. Automating the extraction step recovers around 60% of that — roughly five or six hours back a week. That's the sort of threshold we look for before we recommend changing anything.
If a platform takes six weeks to set up and saves two hours a month, we'll tell you to skip it.
Not sure which of these applies to you?
That's what the assessment is for. Answer a few questions and we'll tell you where to look.
